• skilled in writing standard operating procedures for equipment operation, service and maintenance
• experience in evaluating operating systems and processes
• familiar with systems approach to identifying needs, developing evaluation criteria, and implementing plans
• preparing reports and presentations

Technical Writer

• 2-3 years experience in writing equipment operation, service and maintenance procedures
• skilled in Word with knowledge of desktop publishing (e.g., Quark, InDesign, FrameMaker)
• experience with print and on-line publications
• experience with WEB, multimedia, or advanced graphics packages, a plus
